Founded in 2000, Seniors Safe Space was established with the goal of providing community outreach services to local residents. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our support offerings to meet the evolving needs of our recipients.

At Seniors Safe Space, we are committed to creating a supportive environment for seniors and families with children in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Through the distribution of essential personal care items, food assistance, and supportive services, we help families maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Our educational initiatives further promote wellness and improve overall quality of life.

Seniors Safe Space believes in taking a holistic approach to family support services. We understand that each beneficiary has unique needs, and we work closely with them to develop customized care packages that address their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
In Home Care
Here at Seniors Safe Space we care for our seniors health and well- being. Understanding that seniors need help, we serve as a referral program to a Certified Maryland Medicaid home care program. They offer services such as Personal Care, Mobility Support and more. These services are insurance based and often free.

Event Announcement
We have adult underwear and diapers! If you need either item or know of someone who does, use the contact form on this site for more information. We constantly accept all donations of both items as well. They are available on the 2nd Monday of each month (9am-6pm) while supplies last, so spread the word!
